Shipping Methods
Business days are Monday through Friday; holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not included. Our order processing deadline is 3pm EST. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific estimated shipping time based on the exact items you are purchasing, please leave us a message through the chat function before placing your order.
Standard Shipping: Typically 8-12 business days after shipment.
Shipping Changes
Shipping changes (such as intercepts, address changes, and phone pickup requests) are not always possible after your order has been shipped (depending on the carrier). Requests for address changes may be subject to a fee of $20.00 per package (if accepted). Revribe reserves the right to deny requests at any time.
Order Cancellations
Once orders are placed, they cannot be modified or canceled as they are immediately entered into our automated fulfillment system. Once all items have been shipped and received, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with returns.
Package Refusal
If you choose to refuse a package, Revribe may deduct any fees incurred for the refusal. These charges will be deducted from any refund due, so once the item is received and processed, you will be refunded the total amount minus the refused/returned to sender fee. This applies to both domestic (US) and international orders. If you experience issues, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Service team, or setting up a Return Authorization so you can use our shipping label for just $19.99 (contiguous 48 states only).
PO Boxes
Orders shipped to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days to be processed prior to shipping to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact Customer Service for the most accurate delivery estimate. Additionally, certain oversized items may be restricted from shipping to PO Boxes depending on the receiving facility's policies.
APO
Orders shipped to APO addresses qualify for our free shipping promotion and will be shipped from our New Jersey, Louisville, or Las Vegas fulfillment center locations. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands) will be shipped via the US Postal Service from New Jersey, Louisville, or Las Vegas. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders shipped to these locations cannot be expedited.

Free shipping on orders $69.99 and over
Orders under $69.99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $9.99
Shipping Rates to Guam and the US Virgin Islands:
Free shipping on orders $99.95 and over
Orders under $99.95 will be shipped at a flat rate of $25
International Orders
Orders shipped to international destinations will be shipped via USPS from our distribution centers in New Jersey, Louisville, or Las Vegas. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Please see our International Order Policy page for full details
Hazardous Materials
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) can only be shipped via ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
Tires
We currently only ship tires via ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Please contact Revribe Customer Service for information on shipping to Hawaii.
Oversized Items
Oversized items are currently only shipped via ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and motocross stands, certain complete exhaust systems, street and cruiser handlebars, rims, seats, etc.

Typically packages are left at your doorstep and no signature is required. Sometimes we ship items directly to vendors who may require a signature on their shipments. If you do require a certain method, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.
Backorders
Revribe.com does not typically accept backorders, however items that are backordered or pre-ordered are clearly marked as such.
Damaged goods
If the goods are obviously damaged when received, please contact Revribe customer service staff immediately for communication, compensation, etc.
