Refund Policy
Products must be returned in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging, along with all tags.
Once Revribe receives and inspects your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after you request a refund for it to be posted to your account.
For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued as store credit.
You are responsible for all shipping costs to return your order to the Revribe warehouse.
Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar items with the intent to return the majority of your order. If you are unsure of the size or purpose of any item before placing your order, please contact Revribe after-sales staff and we will be happy to help you narrow it down! We may charge a restocking fee, restocking fee, or refuse service if this policy is abused.

Return Shipping Options
For customers in the lower 48 states, Revribe offers the option to print a prepaid FedEx shipping label for $9.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For customers in any region, you have the option to return your order to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a return shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
All shipments must be prepaid; packages shipped cash on delivery will be refused. A $10 service fee will be charged for any refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages.
Exchanges
Need an exchange? Once your return is processed, simply place a new order for the exchange item. This means you'll pick up your inventory and get your new gear fast!
If your exchange order qualifies for our free ground shipping offer (details), that will apply.
You will still be responsible for shipping costs to return the original order to us.
Order Cancellation/Modification
If you change your mind, act fast! We process orders quickly.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled when the status is marked as "Order Received". Once an order has the status "Order Processed", it cannot be cancelled or modified because it has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue waiting to be shipped.
Used or Damaged Items
Any item that has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on carpet with boots on and try your helmet indoors before going out for a ride.
Any item or part that shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, odor, pet hair, scuffs, installation, etc.) or is not in the same condition as when received cannot be returned.
Apparel and Helmets
Apparel items must be in the original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection will most likely arrive worn and will be returned to the customer.
Helmets must be returned in the original helmet bag and box as received, with all original documentation and accessories included.
Unused items returned with missing or damaged packaging, labels, parts or hooks may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional handling fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of the missing or damaged parts.
Electronics, Hardware Parts, Tools, Tires
Any electronics that have been removed from their packaging or have the manufacturer's seal broken are not returnable.
Any parts that have been installed or show signs of attempted installation on a vehicle are not returnable.
Any tools or chemicals that have been opened or have broken seals are not returnable.
Opened items with destroyed packaging are not returnable.
International Returns
International shipments should be marked "Merchants Returned" and carrier brokerage fees are not charged. Customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs fees.
Any items shipped COD or for which Revribe is charged an additional brokerage fee at the time of delivery will be refused.
